Returns Policy
* Under no circumstances can earrings be returned. As most of us know, for hygiene reasons, this is not allowed. However, if in the unlikely event that earrings are faulty they can be returned for repair. (Contact must be made within 14 days of being sent out).
All other jewellery may be returned once you have made contact within 14 days of being sent out but must be returned in the condition that it was sent out in.
A refund will not be given until the item has been received.
